Trademark protection

Protect your brand with LawyerUp at a fixed price!

The protection of your trademark is a crucial investment for the success and value of your company. Preliminary trademark research is important to avoid cost- and time-intensive trademark disputes as well as wrong expenditures, e.g. for advertising and marketing concepts (e.g. logos, flyers). During trademark research, relevant trademark registers are searched for existing trademarks that are identical or similar to the trademark you have applied for (identity search or similarity search). Your trademark is essential for the recognition value and thus the success of your company.

Our experts at LawyerUp will be happy to advise you! We will ensure that the registration of your trademark is quick and hassle-free! While we take care of the trademark registration, you can fully concentrate on the performance of your business.

A distinction is made between word trademarks, figurative trademarks, and word/figurative trademarks. Protection is always granted in certain classes of goods or services. The classes are divided into the International Classification of Goods and Services (the so-called Nich Classification: https://www.ige.ch/fileadmin/user_upload/schuetzen/marken/d/MA_F_WDL_D_012020.pdf).

A trademark gives you the right to identify your products and services with a name or logo and helps you to additionally distinguish them from competing products and give your customers the possibility to immediately recognize your products at any time. To prevent competitors from using your company name or logo, we recommend that you have it protected as a trademark. If it is protected, you will have something in your hands to take action against any misuse or to warn people or companies who use your trademark or company name and force them to stop using it.
