Registry of commerce changes

Commercial register amendments must be adjusted by the owners as soon as a formal change occurs. The easiest way is to indicate the desired change to us at info@lawyerup.ch. We will be happy to discuss the intended changes and send you a quote. Depending on the type of amendment, the price varies.

A simple change without changing the articles of association costs between CHF 120 and CHF 350. If the articles of association have to be changed, this requires a public notarization by a notary and the costs for that will be starting from CHF 450.
