About us

After graduating from law school in St. Gallen and various internships in Switzerland and abroad, we, as enthusiastic lawyers decided to offer legal services at a flat rate and with full cost transparency.

At LawyerUp.ch we want to make a difference by offering legal services simply and affordably for every need. We want to take care of the administrative and notary work so that our clients can fully concentrate on their business ideas!

Our focus is to support founders of new businesses, our offer includes the following services:

• Trademark research / intellectual property rights consulting / trademark registration in Switzerland and internationally
• Company formations / changes in the commercial register / liquidations (advice on the appropriate legal form as well as preparation of documents for the commercial register)
• Drafting of contracts and agreements such as data protection declarations, general terms and conditions, and employment contracts
